If you are not completely satisfied with your Vanity Planet purchase, please review our return and refund policies below.
Both Domestic and International purchases made on VanityPlanet.com can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping).
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, unless the return was a result of our error. Refunds will take an average of 10-15 days following receipt of your returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

If your original payment method was Afterpay, you will receive the refund to your Afterpay account, and the amount and length of your payment plan will be adjusted accordingly.

Simply enter your email address and order # (begins with #VP) associated with the order.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will be in touch with the next steps.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes 15 days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
Cancelling Orders & Modifying Orders
Once you place your order, you have one hour to cancel your order. We do not allow cancellations or modifications of your order once it has been finalized. Please ensure all shipping and contact info is correct before submitting your order. Once your order has been finalized, we will not be able to modify it.
Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays and holiday weekends) as soon as possible, and we will let you know if your order can still be cancelled or changed.
The promo code must be entered in the discount box at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount before placing the order. Promo codes and discounts cannot be added (or modified) to an order after it has been placed/finalized. All promo codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last, cannot be used once expired, have no cash value or be applied to previous purchases. To apply reward points to your purchase, you must be logged into your account.
All of our products come with a one-year warranty. Should the product contain manufacturer defects or if it does not work upon arrival, this warranty covers a max of two replacements within one year from the date you received your order. This warranty does not cover physical damage from misuse or accidental damage to the product. We will only honor warranty claims of purchases made from Vanity Planet or authorized dealers.
Sending Back A Gift?
If a receipt is presented, you will receive a store credit in the form of a merchandise credit once your item has been returned, inspected and approved.
Looking To Return A Product You Got From Another Retailer?
We cannot exchange, or reimburse you for, products ordered from a third party retailer. We invite you to contact the point of sale where the purchase was made directly for questions regarding refund.
