Q: What type of sevice does Family Care Givers, Inc. provide?
A: Our services vary. Companion care involves driving you to your doctor's appointment, help in preparing a meal, assistance with light house cleaning, groceries shopping, or someone to just sit with you to provide some companionship. A Certified Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aide involves a professionally trained person to assist in providing a limited amount of health care. This level of care includes all of the duties of the companion as well as some very basic types of medical care. CNA/HHA care providers routinely assist with giving bed baths, ambulation, dressing the client, and any other care that the patient would be able to do for himself/herself if he/she were physically capable. This level of care may be performed only if the patient is under physicians care. The third level of care would include any type of medical care given by a licensed nurse. This care is much more intensive and requires a thoroughly trained and licensed professional.

Q: Does Medicare pay for the services you provide?
A: No. By law we can not take medicare payments.

Do you accept Long Term Insurance?
Yes. We have established relationships with reputable long term care insurance companies and provide service to their clients. Clients must pay Family Care Givers, Inc. and then we processing claims for you. Insurance Company will pay you directly.

What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM. In an emergency our clients have a way to contact us!
